Dear Customer:
This letter is in response to your inquiry about Year 2000
Compliance. At the present, all of our software titles are Year 2000
compliant. This includes the following software titles: WebExpress,
DesignExpress for Labels, SureThing Labeler, and WordExpress for Windows.
Our policy, if we become aware of any currently unknown problems, is
to fix the problem and release a maintenance update with the
solution. The update will be provided free of charge (excluding
shipping and handling charges, if any) for any customers who are
using the current version of the affected program at the time the
problem is reported.
Year 2000 Compliance is something we take quite seriously, and will
continue to address in all software developed and manufactured by us
in the future.
