#03-019 How do I rotate pictures, text frames and other objects? You can rotate almost any object you can create in WordExpress. Rotating with the Mouse
Rotating using Object Properties Regardless of what type of object you wish to rotate, you can double click on the object to bring up its properties. You will then find a Rotatation Field which allows you to precisely set the degree of rotation. Notes: (a) Text frames and bitmap pictures are limited to 90 degree increments. As the object is being rotated, a dotted line shows the rotation, as the object nears the next 90 degree increment, a solid line snaps to the final rotated position. (b) WordExpress will not allow you to rotate an object such that the object would be positioned off the page. If this occurs, first move the object away from the edge of the page, and then try rotating it again. |
