A: DesignExpress makes it easy to place almost any kind of clipart into your designs. Here's how: 1. Choose the Picture Tool on the Control Strip. 2. Click and hold the mouse button while dragging the cursor to the size and shape for your picture. If you simply click without dragging, the picture will come in at its original size. 3. Release the mouse button and you will get a standard File Open style dialog. Browse over to the folder on your computer that contains your clipart images, and click 'Open'. The picture is now in your design. You can resize it by pulling on any of the sides or corner. You can move it by clicking on the graphic and dragging the picture to a new location. You can double click on it to change any of its other properties.
