Q: How
do you print multiple copies of a single design?
A: The
short answer is to simply change the number of the labels you want
to print (e.g. 3) in the 'Print' option of the Printer dialog box.
The number of labels you specify should all be shaded blue or cyan.
The number of label sheets required is calculated and displayed
beneath the Sample.

Specifying
3 labels to be printed
The
long answer is also easy, but a bit more lengthy. If you know you
want 3 pages of the same design, enter 3 and click on the 'Page'
radio button. This will print 3 complete pages, regardless of how
many labels are on each sheet.
Both
of the above options assume there are no merge fields in the design.
If there are, the number you specify will be complete sets of the
merged data. In other words if you have 5 entries in your merge file
and you have specified 3 copies, the result will be 15 total labels.
